Quotations and bookings

• A rate request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a booking.
• Quotations are valid only for the period, cargo details, routing and validity stated in writing by us.
• Rates are based on the weights, dimensions, commodity and terms you declare. Re-weighing, re-measurement, incorrect commodity declaration, customs examination, demurrage, detention and carrier surcharges are chargeable at actuals.
• All services are subject to our standard trading conditions and to the conditions of the carriers used.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete cargo, party and document information.
• Declare hazardous, temperature-sensitive, restricted and dual-use goods before booking.
• Hold the licences, registrations and permissions required for your import or export.
• Comply with applicable sanctions and export-control law.

Tools and calculators

The chargeable weight calculator and container reference tables on this site are estimation aids. Airlines, carriers and terminals apply their own measuring and rounding rules, and the figures they charge prevail over any figure produced here.

Payments

Bank details published on our payment page are the only accounts we use. We will never notify a change of bank account by email alone. Before remitting funds, confirm the account by telephone on the numbers listed on our contact page.
